How to make spicy pepper beef

1.Wash the beef and cut it into slices

2. Add egg white, cornstarch, pepper, chicken essence, salt to beef and mix evenly clockwise

3.Adjust the beef until it is sticky and marinate for 5 minutes

4.Ginger and garlic, spicy millet, green pepper, sliced scallions for later use, dried Sichuan peppercorns, spicy fresh dew, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce for later use
