How to cook chicken hearts and potatoes

1.Wash the chicken hearts and combs, and peel the potatoes.

2. Cut the chicken heart and comb in cold water and blanch to remove the blood foam.

3. Remove, wash and drain.

4. Heat the oil in the wok until it is 50% hot, add the chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.
