Thai curry crab recipe

1.Clean the crabs, cut them in half, and crush the crab claws

2. Dip the incision of the crab into corn starch, put it into the oil pan and fry it slightly, then remove it

3. Leave a little oil in the pot and heat it up, add minced onions, green onions, chili peppers, and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.Pour in an appropriate amount of yellow curry paste, chicken stock, and fried crabs, cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes
