How to make Dongpo Pork with Blooming Wealth

1.Clean the pork belly with skin
2. Boil cold water in a pot for 2-3 minutes and add a few drops of cooking wine.

3. Blanch water, remove and wash.

4. Slice green onions, ginger, and wash green onions.

5.Place onion, ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon and star anise on the bottom of the pot.
