Ingredients
Chicken nuggets ( 400g ) | Tea tree mushroom ( handful ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Onion ( Two stalks ) |

Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) | Beer ( Two spoons ) |
Star anise ( one ) |
Recipe for Braised Chicken with Tea Tree Mushroom

1.Wash the chicken pieces

2.Soak the tea tree mushroom for about 15 minutes

3.Cut ginger and prepare star anise

4.Heat oil in a pot, add star anise and ginger and sauté until fragrant

5.Add chicken pieces and stir-fry

6.Pour in the beer and dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry
Add the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then pour boiling water to cover the ingredients
7.After boiling, add tea tree mushrooms and simmer over low heat for about an hour

8. When it is almost dry, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste

9.Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips
