Rice noodles ( 5cakes ) | Cabbage ( Half ) |
Carrot ( half ) | Egg ( 2 pieces ) |

How to make fried rice noodles with three shreds

1. Cabbage, carrot and onion respectively Cut into shreds; beat eggs and set aside

2.Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft, and pound into pieces with cold water., drain the water and set aside
