Vinegar ( 2 spoons ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Dry starch ( Appropriate amount ) | Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) |

How to make vinegared mu shu meat

1.Slice the meat and beat the eggs into a bowl and set aside.

2. Chop green onion and minced ginger and set aside.

3. Put some dry starch and light soy sauce into the meat, mix it with your hands and marinate 15 minutes.

4. Beat the eggs.

5.Put some oil in the pot, pour the eggs into the pot, and stir with chopsticks , remember to use low heat, wait until the eggs are solidified, take them out and set aside.

6.Put some more oil in the pot and pour the meat into the pot.

7. When the meat is fried until there is no red raw meat, add chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry.

8.Pour the eggs back into the pot, stir-fry, and add a little water.

9.Put one spoon of sugar and two spoons of vinegar, stir well and add some Salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and stir-fry.

10.Finally thicken with water starch.

Tips
You can add or subtract sugar and vinegar according to your own taste.If you don't want to add the wrong amount when frying, you can put it in a bowl before frying.Be sure to use low heat when frying eggs, otherwise the eggs will easily become lumpy.
