Eggs: enhance immunity, protect eyes and improve vision
Ingredients
Four ( 150 grams ) | Eggs ( 4 pieces ) |
Yoghurt ( 1 bag ) | Sugar ( 35g ) |
Recipe for steamed red date yogurt cake

1. Prepare flour, eggs, sugar and yogurt
Prepare two water-free and oil-free ones In a large bowl (basin), put the egg yolks and egg whites into a large water-free and oil-free bowl.
2.Add yogurt into the egg yolks and beat evenly

3.Then use a fine sieve Sift the flour in, and you can put some dried fruits you like.Here I put the jujubes and stir them evenly (remember not to stir them in circles, but stir them in a Z-shape) and set aside.

4.Add fine sugar into the egg whites in 3 batches and start beating until there are small peaks when you lift the egg beater

5. Divide 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk liquid and stir evenly (do not stir in circles) , otherwise it may defoam and lead to failure) After mixing, pour into the remaining egg whites and continue to mix evenly

6.Finally pour it into an 8-inch mold and gently shake it twice to release big bubbles.Cover it with plastic wrap.The plastic wrap must have holes in it

7.Finally put it into a steamer with insulated water and steam for about 40 minutes,

8. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, and the delicious and not irritating yogurt steamed cake is ready

9.The yogurt cake with red dates is even sweeter and more delicious
