Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) | Red date yogurt ( 1 bag ) |
Corn oil ( 30g ) | White sugar ( 30g ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Baking powder ( 2g ) |
Baking soda ( 1g ) | Dried cranberries ( 40g ) |
Paper cups ( 6 pieces ) |
How to make cranberry yogurt muffins

1.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and stir until melted

2.Add corn oil and stir evenly

3.Add yogurt and stir evenly

4.Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda, sift, add and stir evenly

5.Add dried cranberries and stir evenly

6.Pour the mixed batter into the paper cup and fill it up to 70% full

7. Place in the lower rack of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, then put it in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
8.Baked and delicious
