
Ingredients
Chiffon Cake ( Two slices ) | Homemade yogurt ( 400ml ) |
qq sugar ( Four to five packs ) | Hot water ( Appropriate amount span> ) |
QQ sugar mousse cake recipe

1.First prepare the materials, chiffon cake , QQ sugar, yogurt.(I forgot to photograph the yogurt)

2.Prepared yogurt.

3.Put the QQ sugar into a bowl, add some hot water and use Stir the spoon to melt, then heat in a pot until completely melted.

4. Take out the melted QQ sugar and immediately put it into cold water to cool down.

5. After it is completely cooled, pour it into the yogurt several times with a spoon and stir evenly.Don't pour it all out, you can leave some in the refrigerator to use as a cake mirror tomorrow (you can also pour it out and use a pack of QQ sugar tomorrow)

6.This is the stirred yogurt paste with a little QQ sugar left.

7. Then put a piece of chiffon cake into the mold as the base (this chiffon is made of It’s not that good, I’ll just make do with it, haha)

8.Pour the yogurt paste yourself It feels like just the right amount.

9.Put a piece of chiffon cake on top and pour in the yogurt paste.

10. After pouring everything, lift it up and shake it gently, flatten it and wrap it with plastic wrap , you can put it in the refrigerator for at least four hours.It is usually made at night and eaten during the day.

11. The refrigerated yogurt paste is then mirrored with QQ sugar and refrigerated for two hours.(I randomly added two pieces of banana)

12.After refrigeration, you can touch it with your hands Check to see if it is completely frozen.Once frozen, you can unmold.You can use a hair dryer to blow down the edges, and then place the mold on the cup to easily unmold.(The photos of the demoulding were not taken)

13.It’s ready to eat, and it’s very good.Eat.
Tips
You can make a delicious and beautiful mousse cake with simple ingredients.The amount I used is for a six-inch cake.Some photos were not taken completely, so please read the text carefully.
