Lettuce: Nourish the stomach
Ingredients
Lettuce ( 400g ) | Garlic cloves ( 4-5 cloves ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Water starch (appropriate amount) | Sugar ( a little ) |
How to make lettuce with garlic and oyster sauce

1.Wash the lettuce, dry it and set aside.

2. Wash and remove the garlic cloves and chop into minced garlic.

3. Boil water in a pot.After the water boils, add a little oil and salt.

4.Put in the lettuce and blanch it for about 20-30 seconds, quickly remove and drain Serve on a plate; this way the texture will be crisper.

5. Take an empty bowl, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, water starch and a little sugar to make a mixture sauce.

6.Put a little oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then pour in sauce.

7. After boiling, turn off the heat and pour the sauce on the lettuce.
Tips
