How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

1.Use a food processor to stir the oats into small pieces and set aside.If the brown sugar is lumpy, you can also use a food processor to beat it into powder and set aside.

2.Soften butter, add white sugar and brown sugar powder, mix well

3.Crack in the whole eggs in another basin and beat with an electric egg beater at low speed

4.Add the beaten whole egg liquid to the butter mixture and continue to beat evenly

5.Pour in low-gluten flour, baking soda, oatmeal, and chocolate beans (leaving a little on the surface for decoration)

Tips
The original recipe came from a friend's physical store and used 2g of baking powder and 2g of baking soda.Since I don’t like to eat too much baking powder, I omitted the baking powder and added 1g more baking soda.The finished product tastes good, which is both healthy and delicious!
