How to make egg yolk biscuits

1.Prepare materials

2. Beat the eggs with a whisk and add the sugar in three batches

3.Beat until the liquid slips off after lifting the whisk and there are obvious traces that are difficult to disappear

4.Bubble Mix the flour and cake flour with chopsticks

5.Sift into the beaten egg liquid

6.Mix evenly using stirring techniques without making circles

7.Put into piping bag

8.Cut a small opening in the piping bag and squeeze it evenly into the baking tray that has been lined with greaseproof paper (it is best to space it a little wider than mine as my baking tray is smaller)
9.Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes (I squeezed it too close and some of them stuck together)
10.Finished product
11.If you are not going to eat it, put it in a jar and seal it,
Tips
After baking for a few minutes, remember to seal and store it, otherwise moisture will affect the taste
