How to make seaweed rice cakes

1.Pack leftover rice in a plastic bag and flatten it with a rolling pin (thickness 2mm)

2.Put honey in the bowl

3.Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce

4.Use a circular mold to press into small discs

5. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 3 minutes, then take it out and brush with light soy honey

7.Cut seaweed into thin strips and wrap them in rice cakes

8. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 10 minutes
