Ingredients
Shrimp ( Moderate amount ) | Ham sausage ( One piece ) |
Pork floss ( Appropriate amount ) | Sushi seaweed ( One piece ) |
Rice/glutinous rice ( 1:1 ratio ) | Sushi vinegar ( appropriate amount ) |
Chinese sushi recipe

1.Rice and glutinous rice are cooked in a 1:1 ratio.[Water to rice ratio 1:1]

2. After the rice is cooked, simmer for three minutes.Add sushi vinegar.Stir well.[Amount is based on personal taste]

3. Cut ham into strips.

4. Boil the shrimp in water until medium cooked, remove and drain the water, peel and cut into small pieces , add oil and fry for a while, then add a little salt.

5.Put the nori on the sushi curtain.Spread the rice evenly on top, not too thick.

6. Spread a thin layer of meat floss on the rice.Add the small shrimp pieces as well.Place ham sausage in the middle.Roll up with sushi curtain.Pinch firmly.

7. Wet a knife with water and cut into several pieces.You're done.
Tips
It makes a big difference whether sushi vinegar is added or not.It tastes much better with sushi vinegar.You can buy it in supermarkets.
