How to make tofu and chicken patties

1.Chicken Chop into pieces, keep the broccoli flowers, dice the carrots, and mash the tofu.

2.Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, cooking oil, and mix well.

3. Beat in the eggs.

4.Add starch and mix well.

5. Heat the pan and apply a layer of oil with a brush.Fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on one side.

6. Turn over, cover the pot and simmer for about 1 minute.

7. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, then remove from the pan.
Tips
If you are not sure if the center is cooked, you can taste it first and then increase or decrease the time appropriately.
