Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 210g ) | Homemade syrup ( 150g ) |
Milk powder ( 10g ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Hawthorn slices ( 10 pieces ) | Alkaline water or soda water ( 2 grams ) |

How to make hawthorn cakes

1.Prepare ingredients, weigh powder, syrup, oil, eggs and hawthorn slices (hawthorn slices can be purchased in supermarkets)
