Ingredients
Hand-grabbing pie crust ( 1 piece ) | Sausage ( 1 ) |
Lettuce ( 2 pieces ) | Eggs ( 1 piece ) |
The easiest way to make hand cakes

1. Heat the pan and grasp the crust with the handle Put it in a non-stick pan. There is no need to put oil in the pan.The oil will come out when the pie crust is heated with your hands.

2.My temperature is usually around 200, fry until golden brown on one side for 2 minutes To the next side.Just go back and forth two or three times and you’ll get used to it! Otherwise, it will dry out!

3. Put the cooked cake in the pan, start frying the eggs, and fry the whole eggs Pour it into the pot, then scoop the egg yolk into the cooked pancake and cover it with it.

4. Use a spatula to gently tap the eggs to coat them.As shown in the picture

5. Then put the sliced sausages and vegetable leaves into the pot Fry it in, mainly to chop off the vegetable leaves! I didn’t put any oil here because there is oil on the bottom of the pan from the pancake crust!

6.Finally put it on the egg side of the cake and roll it up.Okay, I won’t put salad dressing here! Because there is no more at home! At this point you can add some sauce.
Tips
The pot should not be too hot, that is, around 200 degrees, or use natural gas to simmer.
