How to make salted egg fried rice

1.Cut the green onion into cubes and set aside

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well, then pour the rice into it and mix well, allowing the rice to absorb the egg liquid

3.Take out the salted egg yolk and put it into a bowl and press it with a spoon until there are no lumps

4. Heat the oil in a pan, and when the oil is 50% hot, pour in the salted egg yolk and fry until the sand is ready
