Eggs ( 1 ) | Onions ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Sausage (ham sausage) ( 1 piece ) | Overnight rice ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking oil (appropriate amount) | Cumin powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper ( Adequate amount ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make vegetable and egg fried rice

1.Prepare all ingredients

2.Cut cucumbers, peppers, and sausages into cubes and set aside

3. Also dice the onion.If you don’t like onions, you can use scallions instead

4.Heat the pan, pour in cooking oil, add the diced onions (chopped green onions), stir-fry until fragrant

5.Pour in the prepared diced vegetables and sausages and stir-fry

6.Pour in the overnight rice and stir-fry (it’s best to mash it before adding it in)

7. Stir-fry the rice, add salt, cumin powder, and pepper and stir-fry briefly
