How to make mixed vegetables, ham and egg fried rice

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a few drops of cooking wine to break them up and set aside
3.Cut ham into small cubes

4. Dice celery and carrots

5.Cut green onions and set aside

6. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid, fry until cooked, mash and serve

7.Add the oil in the pot and stir-fry the diced ham until fragrant

Tips
You can add side dishes to the fried rice according to your own preferences.In order to make the fried rice look fresher, don’t add too much light soy sauce to avoid being too dark in color
