Leftover rice ( 1 bowl ) | Cantonese style sausage ( 1 piece ) |
Scallions ( 2 roots ) | Oil consumption ( 1 spoon ) |

How to make Cantonese sausage fried rice

1.Ingredients: 1 bowl of leftover rice, 2 shallots, 1 Cantonese sausage.This is the portion for one person.

2. Cut the sausage into small cubes and set aside.

3. Chop the green onion and set aside.

4. Heat a thin layer of oil in a pan.

5. Add the sausage and 1/3 of the chopped green onions.

6. Slowly stir-fry over low heat to bring out the aroma of the sausage, about 2 minutes.

7.Pour in the prepared rice.

8. Stir-fry over medium heat, stirring frequently.Each grain of rice should be spread out and heated evenly, about 2 minutes.

9. Sprinkle in 1/3 of the chopped green onion.

10.Add a spoonful of oil consumption.

11.A spoonful of light soy sauce.

12. Stir-fry quickly and evenly, reduce to low heat and stir-fry evenly, about 2 to 3 minute.

13. Sprinkle in the remaining 1/3 of the chopped green onion.

14. Stir quickly and evenly and then remove from the pot.

15.Pour into a bowl and compact.

16.Put it upside down on the plate.

17.Easily remove the small bowl.

Tips
Remember not to use high heat during the entire process, and non-stick pan-fried rice is the first choice.
