Rice ( A bowl ) | Eggs ( Two ) |
Shrimp ( 200g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( one spoon ) | Ginger ( Three slices ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Green and red peppers ( three ) |
Recipe for Shrimp and Chili Fried Rice

1.Cook the shrimps and remove the threads

2.Wash and marinate with ginger, cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes

3.Chop green and red pepper
