Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried rice with fish balls and eggs

1. Cut the carrots, cucumbers and ham into small pieces Set aside, chop green onions.Prepare eggs and rice noodles.

2. Press the rice with a spoon and try not to have big lumps.

3. After the pot is heated, add cooking oil, fish balls, ham sausage, and carrots and stir-fry.Add cucumbers and green onions last.(Note: If you like softer egg fried rice, the order is the same as mine.If you like the fried rice to be firmer and granular, you need to spread the eggs at this step, take it out and put it on a plate, and then pour it in in step 5)

4.Pour the rice into the pot and continue to stir-fry.

5.Crack the eggs into the pot and continue to stir-fry.Add soy sauce and chicken essence.
