Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Steamed buns ( one ) | Eggs ( one ) |
Ham sausage ( one ) | Cucumber ( half root ) |
How to make simple steamed buns in a semicircle
1. Prepare the ingredients as shown below.

2. Cut the steamed buns in half, and then cut them into two centimeter thick steamed bun slices.

3. Cut the ham into slices about the same length as the steamed bun slices.

4. Beat the eggs and mix thoroughly.

5.Put oil in a pan and fry the steamed bun slices over high heat until both sides are golden.

6. Fry the ham until both sides change color and set aside.

7. Lay a piece of steamed bun slices flat.

8.Then lay two pieces of ham sausage on top.

9.Put a slice of cucumber on top of the ham (to relieve greasiness, you can also put more)

Tips
It needs to be fried over high heat to get a crispy outside and tender inside.And the color is nice.
*Avoid cutting slices too thin or too thick.I think about two centimeters is about right.
