Ingredients
Beans ( 500g ) | Pork minced meat ( 500g ) |
Dumpling skin ( 1000g ) | Cooking wine ( a spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( a spoonful ) | Dark soy sauce ( a spoonful ) | Essence of chicken (appropriate amount) | Egg ( one ) |
Oyster sauce ( A spoonful ) | White sugar ( A small spoon ) div> |
Pepper (appropriate amount) | Small sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make dumplings filled with beans and pork

1. Wash the beans.

2.Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, and add the beans.

3. Boil the beans for about five minutes, drain into cold water and set aside.

4. Chop the beans.

5. Prepare the minced pork.

6. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, and sugar ,pepper.

7.Put half a bowl of water and break in an egg.

8. Stir vigorously in one direction.

9.Put the cut beans into the meat filling.

10. Stir evenly.

11. Prepare the dumpling wrappers.

12. Dip your hands in water and rub it around the dumpling wrapper, then add an appropriate amount of meat filling.

13.Dip.

14.Pinch out pleats and wrap them up.

15.Put it in a plate and you can steam, fry or boil it, whatever you like.
Tips
1.For the meat filling, it is better to use pork belly that is 30% fat and 70% lean.
