How to make soy sauce fried noodles
-

1.I like to eat thin noodles, steamed noodles that I buy directly.
If you use raw noodles, cook them until they are medium-cooked, then pour them in cold water to control the moisture.Do not cook the noodles for too long, otherwise it will be inconvenient to fry.
2. Mix one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce and white sugar.
The poster has a small appetite, so this is the sauce to go with the amount of noodles in my picture.Increase or decrease the proportion of light soy sauce according to the amount of ingredients you have.Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce at most.Adding too much will make the color too heavy and unsightly.
3.Pour a little oil into the pot, add garlic sprouts, and stir-fry until fragrant.

4.Add the diced lunch meat and stir-fry briefly.

5.Add noodles and sauce and stir-fry evenly so that every noodle is coated with sauce juice.

6. Then add the spinach and wait until the spinach becomes soft before serving.

7. Place on a plate and set aside, use the remaining oil in the pot to fry a soft-boiled egg.

8.The whole journey takes no more than 10 minutes! Enjoy your meal!
Bon appetite.
Tips
1.The noodles can be thick or thin, it depends on your personal preference.
2.Raw noodles need to be cooked first, just cook until 7 minutes done, because they still need to be fried.
3.You can change the ingredients at will, replace garlic sprouts with green onions, luncheon meat with bacon, spinach with rapeseed, etc.
4.It is more convenient to use chopsticks than a shovel when frying noodles.
