Ingredients
Noodles ( Adequate amount ) | Chives ( 100g ) |
Winter bamboo shoots ( 200g ) | Chicken breast ( 150g ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
How to make fried noodles

1.Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, add noodles and cook until thoroughly drained.

2. When cooking noodles, you can prepare the ingredients, wash the leeks and cut into sections, peel and shred the bamboo shoots , blanch it in a pot of boiling water, take it out, cut the chicken breast into shreds and knead it with cornstarch.

3.Rinse the pulled out noodles with clean water, drain the water, and mix in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and Old soy sauce, set aside.

4.Add salad oil to the pot, add shredded pork and stir-fry.
