How to make noodles with scallion oil

1. Prepare ingredients, noodles, star anise, bay leaves, pepper, shallots, cinnamon.
Only the green onion leaves and chopped shallots.
2.Put onions, peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves and cinnamon into cold oil and turn to low heat fry.

3. Remove from the hot oil and cool until browned.

4. Add the fried sesame oil to the green onion leaves and fry over low heat.

5. Fry until brown.

6.Pour into a bowl.

7. Boil the water, put the noodles into the pot and cook until they are medium done.

8. Take out the noodles and put them into cold boiled water.

9.Pinch out the noodles and put them into a large bowl.

10.Add one spoonful of dark soy sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce and three spoons of scallion oil.

11. Mix well and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
It is best to add a little oil when cooking noodles so that the cooked noodles will not be too sticky.
