Ingredients
Noodles (appropriate amount) | Cucumber ( Half root ) |

Sweet noodle sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Peanut oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) | Noodle soup ( 3 spoons ) |

How to make homemade noodles

1.Wash the required ingredients and chop or shred them

2.Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook, remove and drain

3. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well

4.Heat oil in a pan, pour in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant p>

5.Add diced pork and stir-fry

6.Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce

7.Stir fry evenly

8.Add the noodle soup and cook for a minute or two

9.Add carrot shreds

10. Stir well until the sauce is thick

11.Add shredded cucumber, coriander and chopped green onion to the noodles and mix well

13.Assemble the bowl
