How to steam rice noodles with yuba

2. Break the yuba into small pieces and soak in water for about half an hour
3.Put the rice noodles into a large bowl, add 2 cups of water, and soak for about 15 minutes
4.Prepare minced onion, ginger and garlic

5. Soak well Wash the yuba and drain the water

6.Add minced ginger and garlic, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce , pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

7. Add the soaked rice noodles and add Lard, stir well

8.Put it into a bowl and put it into a hot water pot.Cover the pot, turn to low heat and steam for half an hour

9. Take it out carefully after half an hour , invert it in a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Tips
No lard You can use vegetable oil, but the rice noodles must be soaked in water so that they can be steamed easily.
