How to make red bean glutinous rice balls

1.Soak red beans in water for one hour.

2.Put the soaked red beans into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water and cook.

3. Add boiled water to glutinous rice flour and knead until evenly formed.

4.Shape into small balls.

5.Put the cooked red beans into the milk pot, add the dumplings and continue cooking.

6.Add rock sugar.

7. Cook the dumplings until they float and take them out of the pot.

Tips
Glutinous rice flour must be mixed with boiling water, otherwise it will be difficult to form into balls.
