Ingredients
Rice noodles (a handful) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Celery, garlic sprouts ( One each ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Spicy millet, ginger slices ( 1/2 slices each ) | Lean meat or ham sausage or lean bacon (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce, oyster sauce ( 2 spoons each/1 spoon ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |

1. Wash and prepare all the ingredients

2.Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft

3. Cut all ingredients into shreds and set aside
4. Heat the oil, stir-fry the shredded pork, then add shredded ginger and chili and stir-fry.
5.Then add shredded celery and carrot

6.Then add another egg and fry for a few minutes

7.Then stir-fry the eggs with a spatula

8. Stir all the vegetables in the pot evenly and add the vermicelli

9. Add the fans and stir-fry Mix evenly, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and fry for a few minutes until the vermicelli is completely cooked.

10. Remove from pan and serve.Doesn’t it look appetizing?
