How to make red dates, longan and eight-treasure porridge

1.Weigh and prepare all the following ingredients.

2. Pour all ingredients except red dates and longan into a large bowl and soak for two hours.

3. Wash the red dates and peel the longan and set aside.

4. Drain all the ingredients and pour them into the rice cooker.

5.Add appropriate amount of mineral water.

6. Close the lid, turn on the power, and press the porridge button for an hour.

7.Add rock sugar in the last five minutes, stir evenly, and cook for five minutes.

Tips
All cooking-resistant ingredients need to be soaked for 1 to 2 hours in advance.I added about 900 ml of water and cooked four bowls of porridge.
