Astragalus ( 10g ) | Coix Seed ( 30g ) |
Chixiaodou ( 30g ) | Hot water ( 1500ml ) |
How to make astragalus, coix seed and red bean porridge

1.Wash the ingredients and pour them into the health pot,

2.Add 1500ml hot water and soak for 20-30 minutes,
