How to make red bean, barley and millet porridge

2. Prepare the ingredients.I have fried the barley in advance.

3.Soak red beans in boiling water for two hours.

Tips
1.Red beans are difficult to cook.Soak them in boiling water and then put them in the refrigerator to freeze.This way the red beans will bloom more easily.2.Barley needs to be fried to remove moisture for better effect.Mine was fried and sealed in a jar after I bought it.
