How to make egg steamed bun slices

1. Prepare the steamed buns and eggs.

2. Crack the eggs into the bowl.

3. Add salt to the eggs and stir evenly with chopsticks.

4.This is the stirred egg, and I added some thirteen spices myself.

5. Slice the steamed buns and set aside.

6.Open the pot and put appropriate amount of oil in the pot.

Tips
1: When frying the steamed bun slices, be sure not to use too much heat as it will easily over-fry them.
2: You don’t need too much oil in the pot, just a little more than usual for cooking.
3: Because eggs are easy to cook, the steamed bun slices do not need to be fried for too long.
