Potatoes ( 1 ) | Green peppers ( Half ) |
Red pepper ( half ) | Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) |
How to make spicy and sour potato shreds
1.Slice potatoes, green peppers and red peppers

2.Put potato shreds and green and red pepper shreds into water and wash them together.Be sure to wash them several times to remove the starch and soak them in water for later use

3. Boil water in a pot, add shredded potatoes and shredded green and red peppers to the pot, take out and control the water for about 1 minute

4. Heat oil in the pot, add white vinegar first, add shredded potatoes after the vinegar tastes sour, stir-fry for a few times and then add white vinegar again , chicken essence, salt, dried chili, stir-fry a few times, add a small amount of water, stir-fry continuously for about 30 seconds
