How to make stir-fried tofu

1. Carrot cutting Dice and cut green onion into sections.

2. Wash and drain the shrimp skin.

3. Add an egg to the tofu, mash together and mix well.

4.Put oil in the pot, add diced carrots and dried shrimps and stir-fry.
