Ingredients
Pleurotus eryngii ( 300g ) | Ginger ( 40g ) |
Minced green onion ( 40g ) | Millet pepper ( 6-7 pieces ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1.5 spoon ) |
Yuhuang Oil U-flavored Peanut Oil ( 60g ) |
How to drizzle Pleurotus eryngii with scallion oil

1.Wash the king oyster mushrooms and slice them not too thin, about 4 mm
