Ingredients
Tofu ( 200g ) | Carrot ( 30g ) |
Scallions (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 2 grams ) | Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) |
How to cook tofu with shredded carrots

1.Prepare a piece of tofu.

2. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

3. Cut the carrots into shreds and the green onions into finely chopped pieces.

4. Prepare a small bowl and mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt thoroughly.Water starch is also ready.

5. Boil a pot of boiling water.

6.Put in the tofu cubes and blanch them in water.

7. When the water in the pot boils again, you can take out the tofu cubes and drain them.

8. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it up.

9. Add in chopped green onion and stir until fragrant.

10. Add shredded carrots and stir-fry until soft.

11. When the carrot shreds become soft, add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

12.After the water boils, add the blanched tofu.

13.Add the prepared sauce to the pot.

14. Simmer over medium-low heat for two to three minutes to allow the tofu to absorb the flavor evenly.

15.Add a little water starch to thicken.

16.Bring it to high heat until the soup is thick.
