Cantonese-style ginger spinach recipe

1. Boil the spinach in boiling water and remove.

2. Chopped ginger.

3. Mix the seasonings well.

4. Take out the spinach and rinse it with cold boiled water.

5.Put the spinach in a bowl and pour away any excess water.

6.Invert onto the plate.

7. Pour the juice onto the spinach.

8.It’s ready to eat.
Tips
