How to stir-fry shredded carrots with potato shreds

1. Finished product picture.

2. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into shreds, rinse several times and soak in water spare.

3. Peel and shred the carrots.

4.Cut green onion, minced garlic, and shredded green pepper.

5. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.

6.Pour in shredded potatoes and carrots and stir-fry.

7. Pour in the cooking wine and continue to stir-fry until cooked.

8.Add salt.

9.Add shredded green pepper and stir-fry the chicken essence evenly.

10. Remove from pot and plate
