Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms (400g) | Chopped pepper (appropriate amount ) |
Steamed fish soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Scallions ( a little ) |
How to make enoki mushrooms with chopped pepper

1. Wash and drain the enoki mushrooms, and cut off the heads.

2.Cut the green onion into slices.

3. Place the enoki mushrooms on the plate and spread the chopped pepper on the enoki mushrooms.

4. Boil water in the pot, add enoki mushrooms and steam for 5 minutes.

5. After the enoki mushrooms are out of the pot, pour away the soup in the plate.

6. Pour steamed fish with soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

7. Heat oil in the pot.

Tips
1.Be sure to drain the water after washing the enoki mushrooms.2.Both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce have a salty taste, so there is no need to add additional salt.If the taste is strong, you can add a little salt to season.3.The hot oil poured in at the end must be burned until it smokes slightly, so as to bring out the fresh fragrance.
