How to make cold black fungus with raw pepper

1.Soak the black fungus in advance and wash it with a little cornstarch or baking soda to facilitate the removal of impurities on the surface of the fungus;

2. Slice carrots, cut peppers and millet peppers into rings, and cut green onions into sections;
