Tea Egg Method

1. Rinse the eggs and put them in the pot with cold water and bring to a boil.Then turn to medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, then turn off the heat.

2. Remove the eggs and rinse them with cold water until slightly cool.

3. Gently crack the egg shell so that there are cracks around the egg.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for about 25-30 minutes; during this time, turn the eggs up and down., so that the eggs are evenly flavored.

Tips
1.When boiling eggs, do not cook them too hastily over medium heat.Boiling them over high heat will easily break the eggs.
