How to make sesame paste cold noodles

1.Prepare the ingredients: half a carrot, 1 yellow claw, 1 rose pepper, half a king oyster mushroom and cut into shreds.Boil the boiling water and boil the shredded radish and the king oyster mushroom shreds in cold water.Take them out and set aside.

Tips

2.There are no peanuts at home.Adding some chopped peanuts will make it more delicious.
3.Originally it was shredded chicken noodles.If there is no chicken, shredded king oyster mushrooms or mung bean sprouts can be used instead.It tastes good too.
