Cold salad How to make yuba and shiitake mushrooms

1.Dried yuba

2.Soak dried yuba and shiitake mushrooms in warm water (a little salt)

3.Shiitake mushroom slices

4. Cut dry chili into sections, mince garlic and ginger and prepare.

5.Add bean paste and chili oil and stir evenly

6.Place the soaked yuba and shiitake mushrooms in a scoop, add light soy sauce, vinegar and salt

7. Heat oil in another pot and pour the hot oil into the steps in Figure 5

8.Pour the juice into the yuba and stir evenly
