Salted How to make chicken feet

1. Wash the chicken feet , wash away the blood and cut off the nails

2.Put ginger slices in the pot and boil the white wine.

3.Put in chicken feet and blanch them in water to set

2.Generally, the salt-baked chicken feet are marinated whole.If you want to have more flavor and shorten the marinating time, you can cut them into pieces
