Silky tofu ( five hundred grams ) | Lao Gan Ma ( Two spoons ) |
Sesame oil ( one spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) |
Spiced peanuts ( Three spoonfuls ) | Cilantro ( three roots ) |
How to make cold tofu

1.Here are the materials we need

2.Add a little water to the pot and bring to a boil.

3. After boiling, add the soft tofu.

4. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.(For better flavor)

5.You can adjust the sauce first when cooking tofu.Put two spoonfuls of Laoganma first.(You can put more chili oil in it.)

6.Put in another spoonful of soy sauce.Godmother tune it out.

7. Add another spoonful of sesame oil and stir evenly.

8. After the tofu is cooked, cut it vertically into two cuts.

9. Then make three cuts horizontally.

10. Pour the juice just prepared evenly.

11. Then mash three spoons of spiced peanuts.

12. Wash and cut the coriander into sections.

13. Then sprinkle the spiced peanuts onto the tofu and add coriander.

14.A delicious cold tofu is ready.
Tips
Laoganma and light soy sauce are salty, so you can’t add salt after adding them.Boil the tofu to enhance its flavor.
